How We Do Work

We work with you every step of the way to ensure your recruitment needs are met with candidates whom your company wants to retain.
And our service continues. Once you have hired one of our candidates, it is our responsibility to make sure that they are a strong, long-term fit for your company.
We Protect Your Investment
Our service fees are only applicable at the point that you hire a candidate referred by us.
We want to get it right the first time. But in the event that a candidate referred by us leaves your company, your investment is protected through our unique Replacement Insurance that is:
- Recurring: In the event that your new employee needs to be replaced for any reason other than work shortage or layoff, the Replacement Insurance resets with the start of the replacement employee.
- Extendable: You may extend the duration of your Replacement Insurance at any time up to the last day of the original agreed period.
- Redeemable: In the unlikely event we are unable to replace a person we have placed … in keeping with the Replacement Insurance terms … we refund you 50% of the Placement Fee charged.
