Our Payroll Computation System allows for:

• 99,999 employee files – it is a very robust system
• Each client’s file to be  securely segmented – it is a safe system
• Remittance of all taxes and government required payments North America Wide
• Complete reporting of all Payroll Related events – It is a comprehensive system
• Daily Back Up which is filed at our bank – You can sleep soundly
• You to process pay on our server online and print pay-checks at your location
• Printing pay-checks, pay by Direct Deposit (or in the USA by Pay Card.)
• As a Two Tier Time Billing System the user is able to manage and process any rebilling of hours paid to their ultimate or alternate client.
  • It  includes the automatic updating of the entire Accounts Receivable process resulting from re-billing.
    • Eliminate errors or duplications with our system. The processing of the payroll automatically generates your client invoice and establishes that invoice into the Accounts Receivable Sub-ledger.
    • This option is able to be used with either the Self Enter option or the option where our staff complete the  data entry.
